You may already have gained initial experience with agile working methods or have already completed an agile pilot project in your company, perhaps you are even in the process of scaling up and are working with several agile teams? Today we would like to take you into the top class and show you how the agile transformation of a product development organisation can proceed by means of a project report.
There is no one-size-fits-all solution for this step or transformation of an organisation, but we have gathered extensive experience as consultants in agile customer projects or previously as executives in globally active corporations in order to walk this path with you. Three of our experienced SAFe Program Consultants (SPC) have now also become certified as Release Train Engineers (RTE).
