What you can expect

as a future Agile Coach (f/m/d)

  • Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for introducing and stabilising agile working methods and agile leadership in industrial companies and in the development of physical products.
  • You will help your customers find the most suitable entry point into agile transformation.
  • You will train agile teams and their stakeholders at the beginning of the transformation and impart an agile mindset, values and principles.
  • You will adapt and implement roles, events, artefacts and tools, taking into account the specifics of agile hardware development.
  • You accompany teams and coach team members and stakeholders in methodological as well as behavioural aspects
  • You use your experience and creativity to support the search for solutions when obstacles arise
  • You moderate the context-related selection, adaptation and introduction of agile scaling frameworks
  • You accompany the transformation at your customer's site through sustainable change management

Your expertise

  • You have a bachelor's degree, ideally in engineering or a comparable field.
  • You have experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, ideally in the development of physical products, or you would like to break new ground in hardware development with your experience in agile software development.
  • You are familiar with the philosophy and working methods of agile frameworks such as Design Thinking, Lean Start-up, Scrum, SAFe or LeSS.
  • You cultivate respectful interaction and communication on an equal footing at all hierarchical levels.
  • You have a strong interest in and ability for sustainable change management.
  • You love helping others succeed and taking a back seat yourself
  • You live by agile values and principles and have personally internalised the agile mindset
  • You are always ready to learn new technical solutions and approaches because you want to continuously develop yourself further
