About Kristina
Kristina is our CO Improve HR manager. She laid her foundation in HR management during her business studies at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences and has extensive practical experience, including at a large medical technology manufacturer and a timber merchant operating throughout Germany.
Kristina attaches great importance to putting people at the centre, which she demonstrates on a daily basis in HR and back office management. Her friendly, empathetic and appreciative manner is valued by applicants, colleagues and customers alike.
In her free time, she is a passionate cook and enjoys sharing her inspirations and culinary creations with her colleagues. She also loves hiking in the mountains with her family and always sets herself ambitious goals.
