• You will be involved in the acquisition process at an early stage and support the management in developing individual solutions and offers
• You will lead consulting projects and take on customer support right up to top management.

• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering or a comparable field
• You have experience in the development of mechatronic products and are familiar with the specifics of various industries such as the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, plant or equipment manufacturing, or the electrical industry
• You have a career in product development, ideally most recently in the position of development manager, technical manager, managing director, or head of an internal staff department
• Alternatively, you have a successful career in management consulting
• You are used to working closely with other departments such as product management, purchasing, industrial engineering and quality management
• You have broad experience in the areas of strategy, process design and organisational development
• You are familiar with the philosophy and working methods of agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
• You are always willing to learn new technical solutions and approaches because you want to continuously develop yourself further
