About Dominik
Dominik has over a decade of experience in the automotive industry. He has worked in several areas as a consultant, project manager and in software quality. As a passionate project manager, he has led various hardware and software projects. It is important to Dominik to develop his team members not only professionally but also personally in order to realise their full potential. His enthusiasm for agility was awakened in an international software project, and since then he has consistently driven the topic of agility and Automotive SPICE forward.
With his positive and motivating approach, Dominik inspires customers and partners alike to develop simple and working solutions together without losing sight of the big picture. His degrees in computer engineering and industrial engineering enable him to build and mediate bridges between development, projects and strategy.
As a former amateur motorbike racer, Dominik is driven by speed and continuous improvement, always in search of the optimum. In his free time, he finds balance in various sports and good food with friends and family.
