The "TOP CONSULTANT" seal of approval was presented to our Managing Partner Dirk Meissner by former Federal President Christian Wulff on 28 June at the 6th German SME Summit in the Jahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt am Main.

The WGMB researchers focussed on four key evaluation criteria as part of these customer surveys. These relate to both technical expertise and "soft factors", which are decisive for the success and sustainability of consulting projects in the SME sector:
- Expertise (professional, methodological, social and personal skills)
- Seriousness (consistency, integrity, loyalty, openness)
- Connectivity (similarity, reciprocity, attractiveness)
- Customer satisfaction

Outstanding customer satisfaction and clear recommendation
In all four categories, CO Improve achieved a clearly above-average result in the "Management Consultancy" benchmark. We are particularly pleased with the results in the area of customer satisfaction: our customers not only emphasised that their expectations were met during the collaboration. They also confirmed that they would award the contract to us again and would recommend CO Improve when business partners are looking for a consultancy for SMEs.

Customers praise holistic consulting and effective change management
From our point of view, this positive customer feedback is a nice confirmation for Holistic Consulting of the consulting approach that our company, founded in 2012, pursues. Our experienced consultants and industry practitioners do not rely solely on specialist knowledge and industry expertise in their projects. The decisive factor is change management expertise. After all, new concepts can only bear fruit if all employees of the client company embrace and live them.
Of course, the fact that this approach has been well received does not mean that we are resting on our laurels. Instead, our aim is to keep improving. This is another reason why we are extremely grateful for the feedback we received from our customers as part of the competition.

Award for SME-orientated consulting at the highest level
The Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung (WGMB) has been awarding its "TOP CONSULTANT" seal of approval to SME consultants in Germany since 2010. The decisive factor for the award is a customer-oriented, SME-orientated consultancy service. The field of participants in the competition organised by compamedia consists mainly of management, IT and HR consultants. This year, 137 companies took part in the examination by the WGMB directors: Prof Dr Dietmar Fink, Professor of Management Consulting at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, and Bianka Knoblach. The mentor of TOP CONSULTANT is former German President Christian Wulff. The media partner is manager magazin.
