A day full of information, keynotes and workshops on topics such as recruiting, personnel development, digitalisation and much more. In addition to many exciting encounters, highly interesting presentations and HR input from renowned experts, we took away the following key points:
Human resources departments can also benefit from agile methods! HR processes can be rethought and redesigned to become more efficient. The possible applications are diverse: from recruiting and applicant management to onboarding in the company.
Our conclusion: Overall, we are very well positioned in terms of our personnel marketing. Years ago, we began our own agile transformation within the company, live by agile values, are organised in a circle structure with stage planning, planning and retrospectives, and have a culture of feedback.
But there is always room for improvement and new ideas that we can bring to our team. The Zukunft Personal trade fair was a great opportunity to get inspired and make new contacts.
