Uwe can look back on more than 30 years of experience in management consultancy on the topic of process introduction and optimisation in project management across all sectors. In doing so, he puts the "realistically implementable" of the change in the foreground. In addition, his emphatic powers of persuasion and structured approach enable him to win over both employees from specialist departments and top management.

Whether automotive, traffic engineering, financial services or software development, his contacts on the client side are convinced to take the right steps towards change with him, e.g. in the introduction of agile approaches. Uwe understands how to realise theoretical management approaches through his project experience (better practice) together with customers - e.g. in a software introduction for resource management. His technical training and his certification as a systemic consultant help him to optimally achieve his clients' goals with a view to the available resources.

He takes great pleasure in putting the complex and unplannable into a structure for efficient and comprehensible work and in implementing it together with the teams. The Munich native is also always inspired by the beautiful Alpine scenery, as he enjoys hiking in the mountains with his wife and friends. Uwe also lives out his great passion with alpine model gliding.
